Terms of Service

EXAMEV is operated by Barzak Lojistik Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi. It provides curriculum-based digital question banks, practice sessions, timed mock exams and progress tools, used online through the EXAMEV website. Nothing is shipped; there are no physical products.

EXAMEV is not a government body, university or exam board and is not affiliated with them. It does not provide official, leaked or guaranteed exam material and does not promise any exam result.

Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us about any unauthorised access. One account is for one person. Anyone under 18 may use EXAMEV and make purchases only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Each purchase gives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product inside EXAMEV for the period shown on the product page or at checkout. Plans run for a fixed 1, 3 or 12 months from the day you buy them and end by themselves; only the 1-month plan renews automatically on the same card until you cancel. Bought question banks include their PDF download for personal study; a plan opens the extra questions at its level online only, for as long as it runs, and never includes PDF copies.

Prices are in Turkish lira and include 20% VAT (KDV) for buyers in Türkiye; sales to buyers outside Türkiye are a service export and carry no Turkish VAT; visitors outside Türkiye may see an estimate in their own currency, but payment is taken in lira. Payment is taken by card through a licensed payment institution with 3D Secure, in a single charge without instalments. For the 1-month plan, the payment institution keeps a secure card token so each renewal can be charged automatically; EXAMEV never sees or stores your full card number.

Before you pay, checkout shows the product, the Seller's details, the total price, access terms and withdrawal information, and you approve the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. An invoice is issued for every paid order.

Content opens immediately after payment, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply and purchases are not refunded once paid, as you confirm at checkout; we refund only errors on our side. Renewing plans can be cancelled at any time for the next period. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the details.

You may not share your account, copy, scrape, record, resell or publish questions, answers or explanations, use bots or automated tools, or try to get around security or payment. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension of the account without a refund for the misused content.

All question banks, explanations, texts, designs, software and the EXAMEV name and logo belong to the Seller or its licensors and are protected by Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and trademark law. Apart from the personal licence above, no right is transferred to you.

Exam names such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, YKS or YÖS belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a product prepares for.

We work to keep EXAMEV available and accurate, but short interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control can happen. If a technical problem stops you using a paid product, tell support and we will fix it, extend your access or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, and material changes are announced on the site before they apply. Turkish law applies. Complaints can be sent to support@examev.com first; consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
